How does recurring cleaning frequency work?
Choose weekly, biweekly (every two weeks) or monthly recurring service, or book a one-time standard clean. Every visit follows the same standard checklist. See recurring house cleaning details.
Do I need a deep clean before recurring service?
Yes — if your home has not been professionally cleaned in the last 3+ months, a deep clean is required first before starting recurring service.
What is included in a standard clean?
Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and backsplash; appliance exteriors; cabinet fronts spot-cleaned; microwave inside and out; bathrooms (toilet, tub/shower, mirrors, counters, sink, fixtures); dusting, reachable ceiling fans, window sills; vacuum and mop floors; trash emptied; beds made.
What does a deep clean add?
Everything in the standard clean, plus baseboards, doors and door frames spot-cleaned, blinds, ceiling fans and vents, behind movable furniture, grout scrub, and inside the oven and fridge.
What is included in move-out cleaning?
Move-in/move-out cleaning covers inside cabinets and drawers; inside oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher; interior windows, tracks and sills; baseboards, doors, switch plates, vents, closets and blinds; a bathroom deep clean and descale; and all floors. See the move-in/move-out checklist.
What do I need to do before a move-in or move-out cleaning?
The home must be empty (furniture and belongings removed) and utilities must be on — power, water, and heat/air conditioning.
Do you change bed linens?
Beds are made at every standard visit. Linens are changed only if a clean set is left out.
Do you clean Airbnb rentals and offices?
Yes. We offer Airbnb and short-term rental turnover cleaning and janitorial and small office cleaning.
